The Business of Ethics

When Mike Hoffman, PhD, Hieken Professor of Business and Professional Ethics, founded the Center for Business Ethics at Bentley more than 30 years ago, “business ethics” was considered an oxymoron. Today, business faculty and ethics practitioners around the globe are benefiting from the Center’s innovative training workshops and programs. Yet ethical scandals continue to rock the financial world on a regular basis. In this video, Dr. Hoffman discusses the teaching of ethics in business schools and what it will take to create ethical cultures within organizations.
