Need help, a place to study or play with cool technology? Visit the CIS Sandbox in Smith 234.
The Computer Information Systems Department operates two learning laboratories:
- Smith 234 - The Learning and Technology Sandbox, is a state-of-the-art collaborative workspace for learning, tutoring, and exploring new technology. This facility has five large screen monitors and tables for collaboration, 12 desktop computers, and six "soft seats" for informal conversation. There is an XBox and a Google TV.
- Smith 212 - is an instructional technology classroom with 24 desktop computers, and is also used as quiet study space.
